Term and Conditions

• Everyone who rents a bike or a scooter from Rent Bike Lombok, must be between the age of 18 to 71.
• Valid Driver’s License from your country or state of permanent residence is mandatory, in combination with an International license.
• Damage excess/own risk fee of USD 250 will be reserved/authorized on collection of a motorcycle/scooter and a deposit will be added for your rented accessories. Motorcycle loses will cost you around USD 900 - USD 1000 for compensation.
• Rent Bike Lombok rates are calculated on the 24 hour clock.
• Rent Bike Lombok Motorcycles must be returned on time, this is the condition of the hire. Late return may result in extra hiring costs, so please keep to the agreed return time or notify us 48 hours prior if you wish to extend your rent. If you want to extend your rental period the easiest way to do this is to make a new booking online and inform us by a simple e-mail.
• You must notify Rent Bike Lombok staff if you become aware of a fault or if the motorcycle becomes un-roadworthy for any reason. We will immediately replace your bike.
• All Rent Bike Lombok bikes must be locked when not in use. All motorcycles are provided with double locks for this purpose.
• Rent Bike Lombok office staff must be notified immediately of any accidents. Rent Bike Lombok will come immediately with a replacement bike and Rent Bike Lombok can potentially help you with a police report. 
• Rent Bike Lombok Bikes are not allowed to be taken off the island of Bali.
• Rent Bike Lombok hirers have to wear their helmets at all times. If your helmet is lost or stolen please contact Rent Bike Lombok 24/7 customer service we will bring you a new helmet at any time of the day for a USD 25 delivery fee.
• Rent Bike Lombok hirers are responsible for damage of the tires. We provide a 24/7 service for USD 25 per incident and come to you, and replace the bike. We will fix the tire in our workshop. Hassle free for you !
